We have made a business by making birch bark fire starters for our neighbors in Maine!
First my mom helped with what to write and then I made a letter. It turned out like this:
this is the back of the letter. Sarah wrote her whole name backwards!!!!!
This is the order form. it says to put your address, how many fire starters you want how and much money is enclosed and that your fire starters will come soon I like the order form most.
Then we made envelopes for people to send the order form back. Mia made a bunch of return envelopes.
Then we folded the sample fire starter, the letter, the order form and return envelope all together. and they looked like this. and we biked to mailboxes and put them in mailboxes.
And Then Just TWO and THREE DAYS Later in our mailbox!!!!!!!
MONEY in Mia's evelopes !!! And cookies!
BY THE WAY - WE ARE STILL TAKIGN ORDERS.
BUT THERE IS A WEEK DELAY.
A CERTAIN LOCAL AUTHOR'S FAMILY ORDERED 100 AND WE ARE ALMOST DONE WITH HIS ORDER.
