Today the girls joined their great grandmother in becoming women of the Lovell Library.
Here's a picture from Nate's Dad's book of the Women of the Lovell Library Club. The girls are excited to investigate if the Club is still around.
Our very composed children showing off their official cards:
Sarah was very careful about writing her name on it.
PS It looks like J.P. and Betsy know how to stay warml on chilly mornings if you need any counsel!!!
I’m so pleased to hear from J.P. and Betsy about the flounder. I wondered how a flounder got to a Kezar Lake plate.
Can you share please what the girls learned about how to identify mushrooms that are poison and mushrooms that are edible? Thank you very much for this post. Grampa
Love hearing about your adventures. Lodge looks great as a school! Did you know that the flounder bowl was made by your uncle, JP, and the other bowl of beach peas was made by your aunt, Betsy? There are others made by your cousin, Cathy. Your Greatgrandfather’s tradition continues!
